When booking for a stay of 10 days or more, or when booking for a boarding space during one of our busiest times, we require a credit card number to hold a spot for your dog or cat.

Our busy times include:

December 20-January 2

Family Day weekend

March Break

Easter weekend

Victoria Day weekend

Canada Day weekend

All of July and August

Labour Day weekend

Thanksgiving weekend

Cancellation fees vary for different premium bookings.

During Christmas and March Break, as well as stays of 10 days or more, you can cancel without a cancellation fee up to 14 days before your booking. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before, you will be charged a 2 night cancellation fee.

For long weekends, we require 7 days notice. If you need to cancel less than 7 days before your booking, we will charge a 1 night cancellation fee.

We will charge our cancellation fee to your credit card unless you wish to make other payment arrangements.

WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY OTHER REASON. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.
